1. How is the shipping price determined?

Shipping rates are determined by the zone being shipped to and by the dimensional weight of the product being shipped. 

2. Can I ship to Multiple Addresses?

Yes, at checkout you will have the opportunity to checkout with multiple addresses. You will then need to create an account to store your multiple addresses. Once logged in, you will be able to enter as many addresses as you would like to ship to. You can have each item in your cart shipped to a different address by using the drop-down menus. Finally, you will need to select a shipping method for each address.

3. Can I add Gift Messages?

Yes, select the checkbox in the checkout process before the Billing Information section. Use the text area to specify a message and/or delivery request. Let us know the From and To as well as the content of the message.

4. Can I make Delivery Requests?

Yes, select the checkbox in the checkout process before the Billing Information section. Use the text area to specify a message and/or delivery request. We do our best to ship out packages so that they arrive at your requested delivery date.
